1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the makpot application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App for any purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App
Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose

4. User Content

If the App allows you to post or submit content, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may include in-app purchases that allow you to buy digital content or services. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms and conditions.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and makpot enterprice ("Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the makpot application.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device.

2. License Restrictions

You shall not:

Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the App
Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights notices
Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users

3. Intellectual Property

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement. The App and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to it are the exclusive property of Company.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Company. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Refund Policy for In-App Purchases

All purchases made through the Google Play Store are processed by Google and subject to Google's refund policies. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.

1. Digital Content

All sales of digital content (in-app purchases) are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

2. Refund Requests

If you would like to request a refund for an in-app purchase:

Visit the Google Play Store website
Navigate to "Order History"
Find the order you want to return
Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
Choose the option that describes your situation
Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund

3. Refund Eligibility

Google may consider refund requests for the following reasons:

Unauthorized purchase
Defective or not as described
Accidental purchase
Technical issues preventing use

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
